• Bromborough Ukulele Group - BUG

  Monthly on Friday afternoons 2:00 pm-3:00 pm
  Meeting on the second Friday of each month we have fun learning from each other whilst enjoying some old ukulele favourites.
• Coffee 'Mornings'

  Weekly on Tuesdays 2:00 pm
  Meeting Tuesdays at The Merebrook pub, 2pm. Don’t forget to register your car details if you use the car park. It’s open to all to enjoy a coffee and a chat.
• French

  Fortnightly on Wednesdays 9:30 am
  This is a Zoom meeting. It begins with a contribution from each member re. 'La dernière semaine j'ai ............ followed, usually, by reading a passage in French, translating it and then looking at one topic, e.g. numbers. The group was originally based in Halstead (Essex). They started meeting online during COVID and when numbers decreased members of any u3a were invited to join.

  We are an intermediate group and we are currently working on Olly Richardson ‘101 Conversations in Simple Italian’ and ‘Read and Think Italian’, a book on speaking, culture and language.
• Literature Group

  Monthly on Wednesdays
  1st Wednesday of the Month. Open to anyone who enjoys reading and discussing all types of literature. The group chooses a book, poem, play etc. for the following month. Theatre visits are sometimes made. New members would be welcome.
